Easy to Use Email Apps

<img src="emailapps.jpg" alt="email apps">

I am always looking for ways to simplify my life. Especially when it comes to responding to emails and making sure I'm not missing any potential social networking opportunities.

A while back I published a post about Rapportive. Rapportive gives you the ability to view a contacts profile and see what social networks they are a part of without leaving your Gmail account. One of our readers of that post, left a comment about using BrandMyMail for their email signature and template. It took me a couple months to get around to it but I finally went and check it out and guess what? I freaking LOVE it!!!!!

BrandMyMail is an awesome addon for Gmail. With the free account you can receive GMail and SMTP support, 100 branded emails a month, plus 30 email plugins. I'm not just talking about any old plugin either. You can add a signature that includes an avatar or picture of yourself, your title, company name, address, phone numbers, email address and website address. Along with social icons that can link directly to your profiles. You can add a "Like us on Facebook" icon, a "Buy me a Beer" paypal icon, a US or UK disclaimer, a "Follow Me" twitter icon, plus much more. I am in love with this thing! There are of course more options if you go Pro. Pricing

Wisestamp is another awesome email app. It allows a little bit more customization for your signature and tons of tools and content, including everything that BrandMyMail has that I mentioned above. You can sign up for a free account with Wisestamp as well or go Pro and get added benefits. Pricing
